1.1. Super Yacht Courier is a trading name of Super Yacht Crew Limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08596522. The registered office of Super Yacht Crew Limited is 17 Glasshouse Studios, Fryern Court Road, Fordingbridge, Hampshire SP6 1QY, United Kingdom, hereafter referred to as ‘SYC’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, or ‘Our’ set out the following terms and conditions upon which SYC offers registered SYC users (collectively referred to as ‘Customers’ or ‘Users’) and herein referred to as ‘User’, ‘Recipient’, ‘You’ and ‘Your’ permission to use our services.
1.2. ‘Site’ means the website and the contents accessible at www.superyachtcourier.com. ‘Services’ means all the services offered by us on the Site. ‘Goods’ or ‘Shipment’ or ‘Package(s)’ means the product, merchandise or grocery product purchased by Users. ‘Supplier’ means the retailer or merchant who sell Goods. ‘UK Delivery Address’ is SYC’s warehouse and is also the address given to the customer during registration. ‘Shipment Address’ is the address designated by the Customer. ‘Carrier’ or ‘Courier’ is the third-party company providing door-to-door package delivery service.
1.4. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Trade from time to time without prior notice to you. Any change will not affect the provision of Services in relation to any order that you place or Goods that we receive on your behalf from a Supplier before that change is implemented.

2.2. Services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You may not use the Site and/or the Services if you do not meet these eligibility criteria.
2.3. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
2.4. Upon successful registration, User shall be allocated a UK address which the User may then provide to UK on-line Suppliers as a delivery address (“UK Delivery Address”) when purchasing Goods.
2.5. Registering with SYC is free.
3.1. User acknowledges and agrees that the services do not include customs or taxes (except where clearly stated) and that we are not a customs agent or broker. We are solely responsible for the export of its Goods. The user is solely responsible for the payment of any and all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges or fees of any nature relating to the shipment.
3.2. You authorise us to accept delivery of Goods at the UK Delivery Address on your behalf and appoint us as your freight agent to ship the Goods to the Shipment Address in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.3. We will charge you fees for using our services unless stated otherwise. Fees are subject to change from time to time
3.4. We have the right to open and inspect the Goods we receive.
3.5. Notwithstanding any provisions herein, we reserve the right at all times to decline or refuse to accept delivery of any Goods or return of any Goods as we deem appropriate in our absolute discretion
3.6. You will be responsible for all Goods sent to your UK Delivery Address. We will assume that any Goods we receive from a Supplier to your UK Delivery Address have been ordered by you for us to forward to your Shipment Address. It is important not to pass on details relating to your membership of the Site to anyone that is not authorised to arrange for Goods to be sent to your UK Delivery Address.
3.7. You agree not to use your UK Delivery Address, including declaring it as your residential address, including in the application for, renewal of or replacement of any official documents. This includes but is not limited to using your UK Delivery Address in setting up business or company, applying for driving licenses, credit cards, mortgages, loans or passports. You must also not provide your UK Delivery Address as your residential address including to any governmental, regulatory, legal or financial organisation
3.8. You must not arrange for a supplier to deliver Goods to UK Delivery Address at our warehouse, if the total value of the Goods in that order exceeds £3000 or if the weight of a package in that order exceeds 70kg without contacting us in advance for us to confirm that we are willing to accept those Goods.
3.9. We will store Goods which we receive at your UK Delivery Address for up to 30 days without charge whilst we await your instructions to ship and your payment. During this time your goods are insured against damage and loss. After this time we will charge a daily storage fee. The fee for each package will accrue daily until the package is shipped or disposed of. The fee we charge for storage is set out on the Site. We will send you an invoice 14 days after the free storage has expired.
3.10. If you haven’t contacted us within 30 days of your package arrival, we reserve the right to dispose of your package as we see fit.
3.11. You must not arrange for any Goods to be sent to us without prior agreement with us, where those Goods may be hazardous or dangerous, are not permitted for carriage by air, cannot lawfully be delivered to the jurisdiction in which the Shipment Address is located.
The following cannot be sent:
5.1. Parcel Forwarding Service is provided by SYC for registered Users. User arranges to deliver their Goods from Suppliers to the SYC’s UK Delivery Address for us to forward it to the Shipment Address designated by the User.
5.2. Once we’ve received your Goods, we will inspect, measure and weigh them and arrange the forwarding of your Goods to the address designated by the User by a Courier of your choice. As soon as you decided on the Courier and we receive full payment from you, we will dispatch the Goods to your Shipment Address. Shipping insurance cover from the UK Delivery Address to your Shipment Address is available and it is optional.
5.3. If you are ordering directly from the Supplier, the title of the Goods shall remain with the Supplier until you make full payment for those Goods to the Supplier, at which point title will pass on to you.
6.1. As listed in condition 4 of these Terms of Trade (or otherwise notified to you by us from time to time or set out on the Site) (Prohibited Goods).
6.1.1. If Prohibited Goods or Restricted Goods are sent to us:
6.1.2. we will deal with them as we see fit which may include disposal (7 International deliveries
7.1. You authorise us and our Couriers to complete any necessary documentation for the purpose of customs clearance (where we are legally permitted to do so).
7.2. Goods you require us to send through the Services may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise you as to what they may be, although your local customs office may be able to assist.
7.3. You will be regarded as the importer of any Goods that we send to you through the Services and it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Goods are to be delivered. Such Goods may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
8.1. Before you place an order with a Supplier for delivery to your SYC Address, we suggest that you use the calculator on the Site to obtain an indicative price for shipping to you
8.2. The full fee that you must pay to us for each order (the Fee) shall comprise:
8.2.1. Forwarding Fee agreed with you and
8.2.2. The Shipping Fee
8.3. The Forwarding Fee will be agreed with you before we send the Goods to your Shipping Address.
8.4. All prices on the Site are in pounds (£) sterling, exclusive of UK VAT. Prices may change at any time. All our prices and transactions are in GBP pounds.
8.5. Whenever we receive Goods at your SYC Address, we will contact you and ask for your instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, when a package is prepared to send we will not dispatch the Goods until we have received full payment .
8.6. You are responsible for the Courier’s costs where:
8.6.1. we return any Goods to the Supplier; or
8.6.2. any Goods are returned to us because you are not available or refuse to accept delivery of those Goods at the Delivery Address
8.7. All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be able to send your Goods. In these circumstances we will try to contact you again to obtain valid payment details.
8.9. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your Direct Payment.
8.10. All payment transactions will be processed on our behalf by our nominated payment merchant. This means that your credit/debit card details are provided directly to the payment merchant and are never revealed to us. The payment merchant shall operate a secure server to process your payment details. The payment merchant shall encrypt your credit/debit card information and shall authorise payment.
8.11. Should we make a mistake in processing an incorrect payment, we will endeavour to refund you the funds immediately.
